This is the LEGO The Muppets Statler Minifigure.  He comes with a laptop featuring a screen image of Muppet gofer Scooter (who, like Statler, was performed by Richard Hunt). The laptop is made from a minifigure book with a printed keyboard tile added to the inside. The baseplate and instructions are also included. This is in the original sealed packaging, unopened.
